针对强化木地板基材吸水厚度膨胀率偏高的问题,重点研究低吸水厚度膨胀率纤维板基材制造工艺技术,探讨胶黏剂适应性、压制工艺对板材性能的影响。结果表明,采用三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂(MUF)胶黏剂,在热压温度180℃,施胶量14%,石蜡加入量1.5%的工艺条件下,工业化生产密度为0.85 g/cm3的纤维板基材,吸水厚度膨胀率较标准规定的最大限定值降低46%,生产的强化木地板产品合格,具有优良的环保性能。
針對彊化木地闆基材吸水厚度膨脹率偏高的問題,重點研究低吸水厚度膨脹率纖維闆基材製造工藝技術,探討膠黏劑適應性、壓製工藝對闆材性能的影響。結果錶明,採用三聚氰胺改性脲醛樹脂(MUF)膠黏劑,在熱壓溫度180℃,施膠量14%,石蠟加入量1.5%的工藝條件下,工業化生產密度為0.85 g/cm3的纖維闆基材,吸水厚度膨脹率較標準規定的最大限定值降低46%,生產的彊化木地闆產品閤格,具有優良的環保性能。

This research focused on the problem of the high thickness swelling (TS) rates of laminate fl oor covering, and proposed modifi ed manufacturing technology for fi berboard substrates with low thickness swelling. The authors explored the effects of adhesive adaptability and hot press technology on the performance. The results indicated that with MUF under the conditions of density 0.85 g/cm3, hot-pressing temperature at 180℃, adhesive content of 14%, and water-proof agent spread rate of 1.5%, the thickness swelling rates of fi berboard was signifi cantly lower than that of maximum in the standard, realized the manufacturing process of low thickness swelling for fi berboard substrates. The qualifi ed laminate fl oor covering products can be produced with good environmental-friendly property.
