干燥管道施加砂光粉的方式有两种,即正压输送和负压输送,两者各有利弊,目前以负压输送居多;砂光粉施加的关键在于施加点的选择,以保证干燥旋风分离器尾风中没有砂光粉所致的“黄烟”排出而影响环保,经反复实践,砂光粉施加点宜放在热磨机喷浆管口附近,而且距离越近越好。

There are two ways to apply sand powder to drying duct: positive pressure transport and negative pressure transport. There are advantages and disadvantages to both, but negative pressure transport approach is more widely used in practice. Key points of sand powder application is the choice of application point, to ensure that no “yellow smoke” caused by sand powder is emitted in the tail wind of the drying cyclone separator and cause pollution. Practice has proved that application point should be set near the spray nozzle of the hot mill, and the closer the better.
