目的：探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术对患者卵巢血流动力学及免疫功能的影响。方法：选取我院2013年10月～2014年9月行腹腔镜子宫切除术的患者80例作为实验组，行传统子宫切除术的患者80例作为对照组。分别对比两组患者术前术后血流动力学指标 PI、RI、Vmax、Vmin 和免疫学指标 CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8+，IgA、IgM、IgG。结果：术后48 h、2周两组 PI、RI、Vmax 和 Vmin 相比差异显著，具有统计学意义；术后48 h、2周 IgA、IgM、IgG 水平相比差异显著，有统计学意义；术后48 h、2周 CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平相比差异显著，有统计学意义。结论：腹腔镜子宫切除术对于患者卵巢的血流动力学及免疫功能影响较传统子宫切除术小。
목적：탐토복강경자궁절제술대환자란소혈류동역학급면역공능적영향。방법：선취아원2013년10월～2014년9월행복강경자궁절제술적환자80례작위실험조，행전통자궁절제술적환자80례작위대조조。분별대비량조환자술전술후혈류동역학지표 PI、RI、Vmax、Vmin 화면역학지표 CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4/CD8+，IgA、IgM、IgG。결과：술후48 h、2주량조 PI、RI、Vmax 화 Vmin 상비차이현저，구유통계학의의；술후48 h、2주 IgA、IgM、IgG 수평상비차이현저，유통계학의의；술후48 h、2주 CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+수평상비차이현저，유통계학의의。결론：복강경자궁절제술대우환자란소적혈류동역학급면역공능영향교전통자궁절제술소。
ObjectiveOur retrospective study was aimed to explore and analyze blood flow dynamics on ovarian and im-mune function of laparoscopic hysterectomy.MethodsClinical data of 160 patients at our hospital from October 2013 to Sep-tember 2014 was retrospectively analyzed.Patients included were divided into two groups according to the treatment, the ex-perimental group undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy and the control group undergoing traditional hysterectomy, 80 cases in each group. the hemodynamic parameters PI, RI, Vmax, Vmin and immunological indexes, CD4+, CD3+ CD8+, CD4/CD8+, IgA, IgM, IgG of two groups before and after the hemodynamic were compared. ResultsA total of patients were retrospec-tive analyzed, PI, RI, Vmax and Vmin after 48 hours had significant difference with that after two weeks, with statistical significance;IgA, IgM, IgG levels had significant difference with that after two weeks,with statistical significance; CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+ / CD8+ levels had significant difference with that after two weeks,with statistical significance.ConclusionBlood flow dynamics with ovarian hysterectomy and immune function in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy is smaller than tradi-tional surgery.
