本文研究了直流电刺激与伤口愈合之间的关系。首先通过直流电刺激伤口愈合的动物活体实验，可以得到伤口愈合图的平均灰度的平均值数据，还可以得到促进伤口愈合的最佳直流电流和最佳直流电压值。然后利用excel软件可以得到电压或电流与伤口愈合图的平均灰度的平均值的拟合方程。最后利用Matlab软件求得直流电刺激伤口愈合最佳值为：23.7 V和11.97 mA。与活体实验结果基本相符。

This paper discusses the relationship between the direct current stimulation and the wound healing. Firstly, the average of the image’s average gray and the best DC current and DC voltage value of the wound healing were getted. Secondly, the fitting equation of the current or voltage value and the average of the image’s average gray was obtained by using the software of excel. The best value of the wound healing was obtained to be 11.97mA and 23.7V by using the software of MATLAB. The results were basically consistent with the experimental results.
