目的 探讨医护多专业联合查房模式对临床护士临床思维的影响. 方法 建立医护多专业联合查房模式并实施,建立护士理论知识、护士诊断与治疗能力、护理程序的运用、沟通能力等评价指标. 结果 医护多专业联合查房在护士理论知识、护士诊断与治疗能力、护理程序的运用、沟通能力、应变能力、护理质量等方面均优于传统的查房模式,P<0.05. 结论 医护多专业联合查房模式调动了临床护理人员学习专业知识的主动性,对培养专业素养起到了积极作用,大大提高了临床护士临床思维能力.

Objective To investigate the effects of joint multi-disciplinary health care rounds mode on clinical thinking of clinical nurses.Methods A multi-disciplinary health care model and implement joint rounds to establish the theoretical knowledge of nurses, nurse diagnosis and treatment capacity, the use of nursing process, communication skills, such as evaluation.Results Health care in the use of multi-disciplinary rounds combined theoretical knowledge of nurses, nurse diagnosis and treatment capacity, nursing procedures, communication skills, adaptability, quality and other aspects of care are better than traditional rounds mode, P<0.05.Conclusions Joint multi-disciplinary health care rounds mode can mobilize the learning initiative of clinical nursing for expertise and professionalism training, which has played a positive role in greatly improving the clinical thinking of clinical nurses.
