目的：研究对身患轻度或中度哮喘病症的小儿使用孟鲁司特钠进行治疗的可行性。方法随机抽选在2013年3月至2014年3月之间在本院接受诊治的轻度或中度哮喘病症的小儿82例。把先来院的41例小儿划分为实验组，后来院的41例小儿则列入对照组。给对照组单独使用布地奈德药剂，实验组的小儿同时接受布地奈德药剂以及孟鲁司特钠药剂治疗。对比疗效。结果数据证实，实验组的小儿在有效控制以及肺部机能复原情况皆比对照组小儿更好P＜0.05。结论为提高轻度或中度哮喘病症的小儿治疗效果，选用孟鲁特钠药剂疗效更佳，因此基层医疗机构应普及该治疗方案。

Objective To study suffering from mild or moderate asthma symptoms in children with the use of montelukast treatment is feasible.
