目的：强化护生临床实践安全管理，建设符合临床实际、保障实习安全、满足学习需求的安全管理体系。方法：以墨菲定律为指导思想，重视实习安全的预见、预知、预防、预控、预警，构建以院校教师、医院护理部、科室护士长、教学老师、实习小组、护生自身六位一体的安全管理体系。结果：安全管理体系建设前后护生相关性护理缺陷发生率、职业暴露发生率明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。护生整体安全意识、安全行为、安全经验、能力提升、自我评价有显著改善。结论：系统化、全覆盖的安全管理体系建设有利于促进护生实习安全，提高安全意识，形成安全行为，保障患者生命安全。
目的：彊化護生臨床實踐安全管理，建設符閤臨床實際、保障實習安全、滿足學習需求的安全管理體繫。方法：以墨菲定律為指導思想，重視實習安全的預見、預知、預防、預控、預警，構建以院校教師、醫院護理部、科室護士長、教學老師、實習小組、護生自身六位一體的安全管理體繫。結果：安全管理體繫建設前後護生相關性護理缺陷髮生率、職業暴露髮生率明顯下降，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05)。護生整體安全意識、安全行為、安全經驗、能力提升、自我評價有顯著改善。結論：繫統化、全覆蓋的安全管理體繫建設有利于促進護生實習安全，提高安全意識，形成安全行為，保障患者生命安全。
목적：강화호생림상실천안전관리，건설부합림상실제、보장실습안전、만족학습수구적안전관리체계。방법：이묵비정률위지도사상，중시실습안전적예견、예지、예방、예공、예경，구건이원교교사、의원호리부、과실호사장、교학로사、실습소조、호생자신육위일체적안전관리체계。결과：안전관리체계건설전후호생상관성호리결함발생솔、직업폭로발생솔명현하강，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05)。호생정체안전의식、안전행위、안전경험、능력제승、자아평개유현저개선。결론：계통화、전복개적안전관리체계건설유리우촉진호생실습안전，제고안전의식，형성안전행위，보장환자생명안전。
Objective:Strengthen the safety management of clinical practice of nursing students, Construct the safety management system to accord with clinical practice, guarantee safety and meet the learning needs.Methods:Based on the Murphy law as the guiding ideology,pay more attendtion to the Anticipate, predict, prevent, control, early warning of practice safety, Taking the construction of college teachers, the hospital nursing department, head nurse, teacher, teaching practice group, nursing students itself as one of the safety management system.Results:Before and after the construction ,nursing students related to the incidence of nursing defects, occupation exposure decreased the incidence, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Construction of safety management system is beneficial to promote the nursing students’safety, improve the safety awareness, form the safety behaviors, and then protect the life safety of patients.
