With the reform and establishment of military medical institution system, Medical sergeant plays a more and more important role in the grassroots medical institutions of the army, becoming the backbone of primary medical institutions[1]. Our hospital have had some experience on how to cultivate the new type of Medical sergeant talent, who have higher comprehensive quality, strong application ability.
