分析了利用中国石化燕山分公司糠醛精制装置所产副产品抽出油作为沥青调合组分的背景及工艺设计思路,探讨其作为高附加值产品利用的可行性。通过充分利用装置原有沉降罐及换热设备,增开析出油系统并应用抽出油循环工艺,生产出质量较高的重质抽出油,供给燕山石化保定石化厂作为道路沥青原料,因此抽出油得到高效利用,从而提高了燕山石化公司整体经济收益。

This paper introduces the background and design of the process to upcycle furfural extract oil, the by-product in the furfural reifning unit of Yanshan branch of Sinopec, as high-value asphalt blending component. By using existing sedimentation drum and exchangers and adding condensed oil system and extract oil recycling process, high-quality heavy extraction oil is successfully produced for Baoding Petrochemical Company as the blending component of heavy-duty paving asphalt, which brings better utilization of the extract oil and remarkable economic beneift.
