目的：了解中老年体检人群超重肥胖及中心性肥胖的流行特征及脂代谢情况。方法对2013年11月至2014年6月年龄≥45岁的22019例体检者进行身高、体重、腰围等的测量，并检测空腹状态下的血清总胆固醇（ TC ）、甘油三酯（ TG）、高密度脂蛋白（ HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（ LDL-C）等指标。结果本组人群中，男性的超重、肥胖及中心性肥胖患病率高于女性，差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.001）。不同年龄组的男性和女性超重、肥胖和中心性肥胖的患病情况不同。随着BMI和腰围的增加，男性和女性TG、HDL-C、LDL-C异常率均逐渐升高。结论本地区中老年体检者的超重、肥胖和中心性肥胖情况严重，不同年龄段男性和女性的超重肥胖和中心性肥胖的特征不同，需要采用不同的体重控制措施和方案。

목적：료해중노년체검인군초중비반급중심성비반적류행특정급지대사정황。방법대2013년11월지2014년6월년령≥45세적22019례체검자진행신고、체중、요위등적측량，병검측공복상태하적혈청총담고순（ TC ）、감유삼지（ TG）、고밀도지단백（ HDL-C）、저밀도지단백（ LDL-C）등지표。결과본조인군중，남성적초중、비반급중심성비반환병솔고우녀성，차이유통계학의의（균P＜0.001）。불동년령조적남성화녀성초중、비반화중심성비반적환병정황불동。수착BMI화요위적증가，남성화녀성TG、HDL-C、LDL-C이상솔균축점승고。결론본지구중노년체검자적초중、비반화중심성비반정황엄중，불동년령단남성화녀성적초중비반화중심성비반적특정불동，수요채용불동적체중공제조시화방안。
Objective To explore the epidemiological features of overweight,obesity and central obesity among middle age and aged health check-up population,and their relationships with blood lipid.Methods People who had health check-up and aged over 45 years from 2013 to 2014(n=22019)were included in this investigation.Height,weight and waist of those people were measured by trained doctors.The fasting blood lipid,such as total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were also tested.Results These rates in male were significantly higher than those in female(all P <0.001).Different age groups showed different prevalence rate both in male and female.Along with the increase of BMI and waist,the abnormal levels of total cholesterol,tri-glyceride,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were gradually increased.Conclusion The prevalence of overweight,o-besity and central obesity among middle age and aged health examination population were high.Different age group and gender had dif-ferent prevalence rate.We should take measures to control weight and obesity according to the different characteristics between different age groups and gender.
