目的:探讨情景模拟在肿瘤患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管( peripherally inserted central venous catheters, PICC)健康教育中的应有效果及作用。方法选取2012年10月至2014年10月在我院住院并行PICC置管的肿瘤患者130例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,两组均给予一般健康教育,观察组在此基础上给予患者情景模拟。观察两组患者的自我护理能力、生活质量及置管并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者不同时间点的自我护理能力评分、生活质量优于对照组,置管并发发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PICC置管的肿瘤患者健康教育时采用情景模拟法能够有效提高其带管适应能力,改善生活质量,降低并发症的发生。

목적:탐토정경모의재종류환자경외주정맥천자중심정맥치관( peripherally inserted central venous catheters, PICC)건강교육중적응유효과급작용。방법선취2012년10월지2014년10월재아원주원병행PICC치관적종류환자130례,안조수궤수자표법분위대조조여관찰조,량조균급여일반건강교육,관찰조재차기출상급여환자정경모의。관찰량조환자적자아호리능력、생활질량급치관병발증적발생정황。결과관찰조환자불동시간점적자아호리능력평분、생활질량우우대조조,치관병발발생솔저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대PICC치관적종류환자건강교육시채용정경모의법능구유효제고기대관괄응능력,개선생활질량,강저병발증적발생。
Objective To investigate the effect of scenario simulation on health education for cancer patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters( PICC) .Methods One hundred and thirty cancer patients with PICC between October 2012 and Oc-tober 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control and observation groups 65 cases in each group.The control group received the general health education while the observation group received scene simulation in addition to the general education. The self-care ability,patient's quality of life and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group while the rate of complication in the observation group was less than that in the control group ( all P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Health education with scenario simulation method for cancer patients with of PICC can effectively improve the tube adaptability,improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications.
