随着现代教育技术的发展，微课以其短小精悍、新颖活泼的形式博得了学习者的眼球，让学习者能在快节奏的生活中充分利用零碎时间，随时随地进行学习，并且随着翻转课堂等教学模式的兴起，微课在教学中应用得越来越频繁，短短几年，“微课”已经成为了高热词。本文就前人对微课的理论与实践方面的研究和探索作初步梳理，以期为微课的进一步研究提供一定的参考价值。

With the development of modern educational technology,micro-lecture,the form of which is short and terse,novel and lively,has won the learners’eyes.It enables learners to make full use of spare time in high paced life,and learn at anytime and anywhere.With the rise of the flipped classroom teaching mode,micro-lecture is applied more and more frequently in the teaching.Just for a few years,"micro-lecture" has become a hot word.This paper is going to unscramble the previous research and exploration on the theory and practice of micro-lecture,hoping to provide certain reference values for further research on micro-lecture.
