目的:探讨在口腔护理教学中应用以团队为基础的学习( team-based learning,TBL)方法的教学效果。方法选取在四川省人民医院口腔科进行口腔护理培训的实习护士共106名,使用TBL的方法进行授课和培训,对其个人及团队学习效果、课堂参与度、学生对TBL的接受度进行评估。结果团队测试成绩(85.43±5.22)分,TBL教学完成后的期末测试成绩(87.66±9.52)分,均显著高于个人学习测试成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实施TBL教学模式后学生的课堂参与度评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.69,P<0.001)。学生对TBL的接受度及满意度均偏中性。结论 TBL教学模式有利于提高教学效果,提高课堂参与度,促进学生自主学习和团队合作能力的培养,值得在口腔护理教学中推广。

Objective To explore and evaluate the team-based learning( TBL) approach in oral nursing education.Methods One hundred and six practice nurses who received oral nurse training at our department were included into this study.Their courses were designed according to the procedure of TBL.Individual readiness assurance tests ( IRAT ) , group readiness assurance tests ( GRAT) ,classroom engagement survey and team-based learning student assessment were conducted during or after the courses.Results Scores of GRAT(85.43 ±5.22)and final exams(87.66 ±9.52)were significantly higher than those of IRAT.Classroom after TBL was significantly higher than that before TBL(t=4.69,P<0.001).Acceptance of TBL was neutral among students.Conclusion TBL can improve the general ability of dental practice nurses,and is worth promoting in further nursing education.
