目的：探讨肾移植术后肺部感染的临床特点，探讨有效防治措施。方法对我院2014年1月至2015年6月肾移植术后发生肺部感染患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组发生肺部感染63例，其中重症肺炎9例（14.29％），死亡6例（9.52％）。肺部感染多发生在移植术后第2～6月，影像学表现多样，病原学以混合感染为主。结论肾移植术后肺部感染发生率高，早期预防、积极治疗、多途径收集病原学可以减少肾移植术后肺部感染发生，是降低肾移植术后肺部感染病死率的关键。
목적：탐토신이식술후폐부감염적림상특점，탐토유효방치조시。방법대아원2014년1월지2015년6월신이식술후발생폐부감염환자적병력자료진행회고성분석。결과본조발생폐부감염63례，기중중증폐염9례（14.29％），사망6례（9.52％）。폐부감염다발생재이식술후제2～6월，영상학표현다양，병원학이혼합감염위주。결론신이식술후폐부감염발생솔고，조기예방、적겁치료、다도경수집병원학가이감소신이식술후폐부감염발생，시강저신이식술후폐부감염병사솔적관건。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of pulmonary infection after kidney transplantation and discuss the effectively preventional measurements.Methods The medical records of patients with pulmonary infection after kidney transplanta-tion between January 2014 and May 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 63 cases with pulmonary infection,in which 9 cases suffered severe pneumonia ( 14.29%) and 6 cases died ( 9.52%) .Pulmonary infection after renal trans-plantation mainly occurred in the 2nd to 6th month after transplantation with various radiographic manifestations and the etiology was mixed infection.Conclusion There is a high incidence of lung infection after kidney transplant.The early prevention,active treatment and multi-channel collection etiology are the key to reduce the mortality of the infection.
