本文提供了一种超顺应性的可回收覆膜分段支架,并介绍其结构及制备方法。本支架本体内部设有一层独立的且与分段部位存在相互活动间隙的内套膜,在自由弯折的过程中膜筒仍然可以贴合人体,并采用了独立的外套膜的结构,使得支架易于各种弯曲角度。该支架具备超柔性,可顺应人体管腔生理结构等优势,可减少管腔增生,穿孔、出血等严重并发症。
本文提供瞭一種超順應性的可迴收覆膜分段支架,併介紹其結構及製備方法。本支架本體內部設有一層獨立的且與分段部位存在相互活動間隙的內套膜,在自由彎摺的過程中膜筒仍然可以貼閤人體,併採用瞭獨立的外套膜的結構,使得支架易于各種彎麯角度。該支架具備超柔性,可順應人體管腔生理結構等優勢,可減少管腔增生,穿孔、齣血等嚴重併髮癥。

Objective:This article provided a membrane-coveredultra-compliancesegmented stent which is recyclable, and its structure and methods of preparationhad been introduced. The stent included an independentinner membrane and an independentouter membrane. The inner membranewas separated from the segments part with a space for the relative shiftand itcould still fit bodyduring the bending. The outer membrane made the stent could be bended to various angleseasily. The stentwasultra-flexible and could adapt to the physical structure of the body lumen very well, so that it could reduce serious complications greatly,such as luminal hyperplasia, perforation and bleeding.
