野外综合科学探测基地的有效管理是保障基地正常有序运行的一项重要前提,而有效的管理取决于能否及时获取基地内各项设施的实时运行数据.该文以深圳西涌天文台为例,提出了应用物联网技术,开发基地综合管理平台的技术思路,该平台实现了以下几种功能:(1)供水系统运行数据实时监控;(2)供电系统运行数据实时监控;(3)基地网络状态实时监控;(4)安防视频系统实时监控;(5)消防系统实时监控.通过该系统,基地管理人员可以高效、快速地获取一些基地运行数据,掌握实时的基地情况,从而为正确的做出应对措施及提前做好规划准备提供参考依据.系统投入使用以来,已产生了明显的管理效益和经济效益,为国内同类大型野外科学探测基地的管理提供了参考.

Effective management is essential to guarantee the fluent operation of the comprehensive scientific field exploration base,which depends on whether the real-time running data of the instruments in the base can be obtained or not.Taking Xichong observatory as an example, this paper introduces how develop an integrated management platform based on the internet of things techniques.The platform have the following functions:(1)Real-time monitoring of the water supply system;(2)Real-time monitoring of the power system and power consumption data;(3)Real-time monitoring of the intranet and internet status;(4)Providing real-time video monitoring images;(5)Real-time monitoring of the fire protection system.Through the platform, the managers of the base could efficiently and quickly obtain the status of the instruments in the base,which will help to make right decisions to cope with possible problems and faults of the instruments.Since the establishment of the platform,obvious management and economic benefit have been obtained,which provide a reference for the similar large field scientific exploration base management.
