在飞行器进行姿态调整的过程中,液压油箱也随之转动,液面发生变化.若使用固定吸油口的形式吸油,容易发生吸空,对元件和设备的性能产生很大影响,甚至发生事故.为解决吸空问题,提出了一种淹没式吸油口的方法,即利用"水平面"的特点,浮球和柔性吸油管相结合的方式吸油.并对该方法进行了可靠性的研究,对比了单吸油口和双油吸口的油管受力.研究发现双吸油口吸油方式更加稳定有效.该方法的提出将对变液面液压油箱吸油提供了参考作用.

In the process of aircraft for attitude control, hydraulic fuel tank also rotates and liquid level change.If used fixed oil suction mouth in the form of oil absorption,easy to suction air,to produce a great impact on the performance of components and devices,and even lead to accidents.In order to solve the problem of suction air,it presents a method of submerged type oil suction mouth,use the advantage of the characteristics of "a horizontal plane of water",floating ball and flexible tubing combination of oil absorption. And has carried on the reliability on this method,compared the single oil suction mouth and double oil suction pipe stress.It found that the double suction mouth way of oil absorption is more stable and effectively.The method is put forward to change liquid level hydraulic tank of oil absorption provides a reference.
