目的 探讨强化降压护理干预对血液透析患者高血压和生活质量的影响.方法 选择2012年10月~2014年10月在我院血液净化中心采取维持性血液透析并患有高血压的40例患者.随机分为干预组20例,对照组20例,对照组给予常规治疗与一般护理,干预组患者在常规治疗与一般护理的基础上增加针对高血压病的强化护理.强化2年后对2组患者的血压控制情况及生活质量进行分析.结果 2年后比较2组患者的血压控制和生活质量情况,干预组患者的血压控制情况及生活质量要优于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论 强化降压护理干预对维持性血液透析患者高血压及生活质量具有良好的临床效果,表明强化护理干预对维持性血液透析患者是一项重要有效的措施.
目的 探討彊化降壓護理榦預對血液透析患者高血壓和生活質量的影響.方法 選擇2012年10月~2014年10月在我院血液淨化中心採取維持性血液透析併患有高血壓的40例患者.隨機分為榦預組20例,對照組20例,對照組給予常規治療與一般護理,榦預組患者在常規治療與一般護理的基礎上增加針對高血壓病的彊化護理.彊化2年後對2組患者的血壓控製情況及生活質量進行分析.結果 2年後比較2組患者的血壓控製和生活質量情況,榦預組患者的血壓控製情況及生活質量要優于對照組患者(P<0.05).結論 彊化降壓護理榦預對維持性血液透析患者高血壓及生活質量具有良好的臨床效果,錶明彊化護理榦預對維持性血液透析患者是一項重要有效的措施.
목적 탐토강화강압호리간예대혈액투석환자고혈압화생활질량적영향.방법 선택2012년10월~2014년10월재아원혈액정화중심채취유지성혈액투석병환유고혈압적40례환자.수궤분위간예조20례,대조조20례,대조조급여상규치료여일반호리,간예조환자재상규치료여일반호리적기출상증가침대고혈압병적강화호리.강화2년후대2조환자적혈압공제정황급생활질량진행분석.결과 2년후비교2조환자적혈압공제화생활질량정황,간예조환자적혈압공제정황급생활질량요우우대조조환자(P<0.05).결론 강화강압호리간예대유지성혈액투석환자고혈압급생활질량구유량호적림상효과,표명강화호리간예대유지성혈액투석환자시일항중요유효적조시.
Objective To investigate the effect of therapeutic effect of strengthening antihypertensive nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients of hypertension and quality of life.Methods 40 cases of hemodialysis patients with hypertension from October 2012 to October 2014 in blood purification center of our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, 20 cases in the intervention group, 20 cases in the control group, the control group took regular dialysis therapy and nursing. The intervention group took the strengthening antihypertensive nursing intervention on the basis of regular dialysis therapy and nursing. Two groups of patients, blood pressure control and quality of life after two years later were analysised.ResultsAfter two years, intervention, the blood pressure and quality of life of the intervention group was obviously better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening antihypertensive nursing intervention of hemodialysis patients with hypertension treatment effect is improved significantly, it can reduce Hypertension and improve patient quality of life. It shows that nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients is an important and effective measures.
