钢顶管是给水工程中广泛使用的非开挖技术,其在施工过程中通常要面临高地下水压力环境,一旦接头密封失效泄漏,则可能导致周围水土进入管内,引起地层流失和沉降。为了研究高水压条件下曲线钢顶管施工采用的接头橡胶密封圈密封性,采用室内密封性试验系统直接测试管节密封性能,并通过 ABAQUS 有限元软件模拟不同管节偏角条件下橡胶密封圈接触压力。结果表明:采用的两道鹰嘴形橡胶圈可以满足现场施工0.3 MPa 压力的密封要求,橡胶圈的接触压力和接触长度随管节偏角增大而减小。

Faced with high groundwater pressure condition during practical construction gener-ally,the steel pipe jacking is a widely applied trenchless technology on water supply engineering. Once there was failure and leakage of pipe joint sealing structure,the surrounding water and soil might rush into the pipes and induce formation erosion and settlement.In order to study the sealing property of pipe joint rubber seal used in curved steel pipe jacking construction,a laboratory sealing test system was used to test pipe joint sealing.In addition,the contact pressure of rubber seal was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software under different pipe joint deflection angle condi-tions.The results showed that two olecranon rubber rings adopted on construction could satisfy the sealing requirement of 0.3 MPa pressure;the contact pressure and contact length of rubber ring would decrease with pipe joint deflection angle.
