The domestic accounts receivables pledge financing in China has boomed in the recent years; however, during the promotion and application process, its development has been limited in different levels due to in the recent years the effect of internal and external factors. The key points to accounts receivables pledge financing are to standardize enterprise operation behavior and raise performance awareness of the enterprises by strengthening the social credit system construction so as to reduce market risk, improve service levels, and crack control factors.
