目的：探讨高血压病患者服药依从性与照顾者负担程度的相关性。方法纳入符合入选条件的100例高血压病患者及100例主要照顾者，分别进行一般资料的调查。同时对所有患者进行用药依从性评价，对所有照顾者进行ZBI负担量表评价。分析高血压病患者服药依从性与ZBI评分之间的关系。结果患者服药依从性平均分为（11．29±2．83）；照顾者ZBI平均分为（29．81±7．46）；病程、照顾者年龄、服药依从性对照顾者负担程度有明显的影响（P＜0．05）；患者服药依从性评分与照顾者ZBI评分呈负相关（P＜0．05）。结论高血压病患者服药依从性与照顾者负担程度呈明显的负相关性，医护人员应加强健康教育，根据患者自身情况制定个性化的治疗方案和护理措施，以提高患者服药依从性，减轻患者家属的负担，提高患者生活质量，降低死亡率。

목적：탐토고혈압병환자복약의종성여조고자부담정도적상관성。방법납입부합입선조건적100례고혈압병환자급100례주요조고자，분별진행일반자료적조사。동시대소유환자진행용약의종성평개，대소유조고자진행ZBI부담량표평개。분석고혈압병환자복약의종성여ZBI평분지간적관계。결과환자복약의종성평균분위（11．29±2．83）；조고자ZBI평균분위（29．81±7．46）；병정、조고자년령、복약의종성대조고자부담정도유명현적영향（P＜0．05）；환자복약의종성평분여조고자ZBI평분정부상관（P＜0．05）。결론고혈압병환자복약의종성여조고자부담정도정명현적부상관성，의호인원응가강건강교육，근거환자자신정황제정개성화적치료방안화호리조시，이제고환자복약의종성，감경환자가속적부담，제고환자생활질량，강저사망솔。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the medication compliance of patients with hypertension and the degree of caregiver burden .Methods The general information of 100 cases of patients with hypertension in accord with the inclusion criteria and 100 cases of primary caregivers were conducted .Meanwhile ,the medication compliance of all the patients and the burden of all caregivers were evaluated by ZBI burden scale .The caregivers'burden was analyzed by sin‐gle factor analysis ,and the Spearman rank correlation method was used to analyze the relationship between medication com‐pliance of patients with hypertension and ZBI score of caregivers .Results The mean medication compliance scores of the pa‐tients were (11 .29 ± 2 .83) points and the mean ZBI scores of the caregivers were (29 .81 ± 7 .46) points .The disease dura‐tion ,caregivers'age and the medication compliance score significantly affected the caregivers'burden (P < 0 .05 ) .The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was significant negative correlation between the medication compliance score and ZBI score (P<0 .05) .Conclusion There was significant negative correlation between the medication compliance and caregivers'burden ,medical personnel should strengthen health education ,and develop individualized treatment and nurs‐ing measures according to the patient's own situation ,to improve medication compliance ,reduce the burden of the families of patients ,improve patients'life quality and reduce the mortality rate .
