对于临床护理教师而言,其表现出的个性与心理品质能够直接反应出医学院校师资队伍的教育水平,同时还会对学生在医学知识的学习以及个性的发展等方面产生一定的影响.在现代化的社会背景下,临床护理教师应当养成现代化的个人品质,以此来培养出具有现代化素质的医学人才.对此,文章从五个方面探讨了现阶段临床护理教师有效教学行为模式的建构,希望以此为相关人员的研究提供参考.

For clinical nursing teachers, their personality and psychological quality can directly relfect the education level of medical college teachers, at the same time it can also affect the student to learn medical knowledge and development their personality in a certain degree. Under the background of modern society, clinical nursing teachers should develop modern personality traits, In order to cultivate medical talents with modern qualities. So, this article discusses the clinical nursing teachers how to construct the effective teaching behavior patterns from five respects at this stage, and hope this article will provide reference for relevant personnel of their research.
