目的：探讨家庭护理干预对肠癌造瘘患者自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取我科44例肠癌造瘘患者作为研究对象，出院后予家庭护理干预。比较干预前后自护能力和生活质量的变化。结果干预后患者自我护理能力明显高于干预前，有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。干预后Q O L评分较干预前显著降低，有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论肠癌造瘘患者采用家庭护理干预后，可显著提高患者的自我护理能力，改善了患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토가정호리간예대장암조루환자자호능력급생활질량적영향。방법선취아과44례장암조루환자작위연구대상，출원후여가정호리간예。비교간예전후자호능력화생활질량적변화。결과간예후환자자아호리능력명현고우간예전，유현저성차이（P＜0．01）。간예후Q O L평분교간예전현저강저，유현저성차이（P＜0．01）。결론장암조루환자채용가정호리간예후，가현저제고환자적자아호리능력，개선료환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the impact of family nursing intervention on self -nurse ability and quality of life in pa‐tients with bowel cancer colostomy .Methods 44 cases of colostomy patients were accepted family nursing intervention after discharge as the research object .And compare self care ability and quality life of patients before and after the intervention u‐sing the QOL quality of life scale evaluation .Results After family nursing intervention ,self -care ability of patients was obviously higher than that of before intervention ,the difference had statistically significant(P<0 .01) .After family nursing intervention ,the QOL score than patients before intervention was significantly decreased ,the difference had statistically sig‐nificant (P < 0 .01) .Conclusion Using the family nursing intervention can significantly improve the self nursing ability of colostomy patients and improve the overall quality of life in patients .
