探讨在医学研究生教学中建立以循证医学为指导思想的“新型例会制度”，指出例会制度建立的要求、方式，总结例会制度具备的开拓视野、教学相长、更好地融合循证医学思想等优点。并指出了该例会制度实行中可能出现的问题，为进一步提高医学研究生的培养质量做出了有益的探索。

To develop a new regular meeting based on Evidence‐based Medicine is one of the major teaching methods on training quality improvement of medical postgraduates .The requirement and the advantages of the regular meeting on broadening the horizon ,improving the communication between teachers and students and improving the integration of Evidence‐based Medicine had been pointed out in this paper .Though there are still some problems in the new regular meeting ,carrying out the reg‐ular meeting would be beneficial to improving training quality of medical postgraduates .
