以团队为载体开展教学与管理是对《管理学》教学理念、教学内容、教学方式、教学组织形式以及考核方式一体化的改革。首先分析《管理学》传统教学中存在的问题，其次介绍基于团队的管理学教学设计、具体实施过程以及实施效果，最后给出结论。

To draw team model into the teaching of management course is a kind of integrated reform , which involves teaching ideas ,contents ,methods ,organization forms and examinations .This article firstly analyzes the problems of traditional teaching in management course .Then it introduces the team‐based teaching design ,implementation process and effects .Finally ,it draw s some conclusions on the application of team model .
