目的：探讨经脐单部位腹腔镜手术治疗隐睾的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析作者于2011年1月至2012年12月收治的43例（51侧）隐睾患儿临床资料，患儿平均年龄2岁3个月，左侧8例，右侧27例，双侧8例，均采用经脐单部位腹腔镜下睾丸下降固定术。结果43例（51侧）均顺利完成手术，睾丸固定于阴囊底部，手术时间25～120 min，平均54 min，无一例中转常规腹腔镜手术和开放手术。术后均随访12个月，脐部无明显瘢痕，无睾丸萎缩或回缩。结论经脐单部位腹腔镜手术治疗隐睾安全、有效，不延长手术时间，术后恢复快，美容效果较经典腹腔镜手术更佳。
목적：탐토경제단부위복강경수술치료은고적림상료효。방법회고성분석작자우2011년1월지2012년12월수치적43례（51측）은고환인림상자료，환인평균년령2세3개월，좌측8례，우측27례，쌍측8례，균채용경제단부위복강경하고환하강고정술。결과43례（51측）균순리완성수술，고환고정우음낭저부，수술시간25～120 min，평균54 min，무일례중전상규복강경수술화개방수술。술후균수방12개월，제부무명현반흔，무고환위축혹회축。결론경제단부위복강경수술치료은고안전、유효，불연장수술시간，술후회복쾌，미용효과교경전복강경수술경가。
Objetive To explore the efficacy of transumbilical single-site laparoscopic orchidopexy for undescendent testes.Methods Between January 2011 and December 2012,43 cases (51 testicular units)of undescendent testes were treated with transumbilical single-site laparoscopic orchidopexy.The average age of the patients was 27 months.Of the 43 cases,8 were on the left side,27 were on the right side and 8 were bi-lateral.Results The laparoscopic orchidopexy was successfully performed on 43 patients without conversion to open surgery.51 testicular units were fixed on the bottom of the scrotum.The operative time ranged from 25 to 120 minutes,54 minutes on average.All patients (51 testicular units)were followed up with ultrasound for 12 months,and there was no case of testicular atrophy or ascent,or significant scar.Conclusions Transumbili-cal single-site laparoscopic orchidopexy is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of undescendent testes,with better cosmetic effect,similar operative time compared to the standard laparoscopic surgery and worth introduced.
