目的：了解本科大学生艾滋病知识知晓情况与知识需求，探索适合该人群的健康教育方法。方法2012年4月以西安市3所非医学类军校本科学员共980人作为研究对象，开展案例式教学和章节式教学，通过本底调查和两年2次随访对比研究，探索工科学生教育模式。结果非医学类军校本科学员艾滋病知识知晓率总体偏低，案例式教学效果明显优于章节式教学。结论对于非医学专业学生的艾滋病健康教育工作应以案例为主，简明扼要地进行宣教，知识性要注重简单和实用。
목적：료해본과대학생애자병지식지효정황여지식수구，탐색괄합해인군적건강교육방법。방법2012년4월이서안시3소비의학류군교본과학원공980인작위연구대상，개전안례식교학화장절식교학，통과본저조사화량년2차수방대비연구，탐색공과학생교육모식。결과비의학류군교본과학원애자병지식지효솔총체편저，안례식교학효과명현우우장절식교학。결론대우비의학전업학생적애자병건강교육공작응이안례위주，간명액요지진행선교，지식성요주중간단화실용。
Objective To understanding the needs of undergraduate college students′ awareness and knowledge on acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) ,and explore proper methods for health education of this population .Methods A total of 980 undergraduate students from three non‐medical military Universities were enrolled in April 2012 as the object of study .The basic knowledge on AIDS was interviewed before intervention .All the students were then divided into two groups .Case teach‐ing and traditional chapters teaching were employed for teaching respectively .Intervention effects of the two teaching method were compared by two years of follow up study .Results Non‐medical mili‐tary University undergraduate students′knowledge about AIDS is low in General ,the effect of case‐teaching method is obviously better than traditional chapters teaching . Conclusion Case‐teaching method is appropriate for AIDS Health Education and should widely employ for Non‐medical cadets due to its simple and usefulness .
