总结我科并结合三级甲等综合医院教育和培养神经外科进修医师的经验，初步探讨和分析了神经外科进修医生的群体特点，认为以下几个方面，对提高神经外科进修医生的教学水平极为有益：①岗前培训；②针对进修医师的个人特征制定个体培养计划；③导师制临床带教；④坚持教学查房；⑤重视临床专题讲座；⑥医德医风及规避医疗纠纷能力的培养；⑦管理要体现人性化。对进修医生的教育是反映这所医院教学水平的重要指标。进修医师的培养管理关系到医院和科室的医疗质量，对自身品牌的塑造也有重要意义。

Based on further education and training programs of visiting neurosurgeons in our neurosur‐gery department and grade‐third class‐A comprehensive hospitals ,we analyzed the current situation and problems of the training programs of visiting physicians .Meanwhile ,we had some suggestions and countermeasures for the training programs of visiting physicians .The following aspects are con‐sidered to be helpful for improving the teaching level of visiting neurosurgeons :1) pre‐job training ;2) characteristics training program for individual visiting physician ;3) tutorial system based clinical teaching program ;4) teaching rounds;5) pay attention to clinical lectures ;6) the cultivation of ethics and avoiding medical disputes ;7) human‐based management .The education level of visiting physi‐cians is an important indicator of teaching level of the hospital .Thus ,the cultivation and management of the visiting physicians are of great significance to the medical quality and quality the maintenance of the teaching hospital .
