目的：探讨小切口腋臭手术的术中和术后护理方法。方法：选择于2012年11月至2014年12月期间在我院接受小切口腋臭手术治疗的66例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各33例。对照组患者术中、术后给予常规护理，观察组患者给予综合护理，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为96.97%，对照组81.82%，组间差异p＜0.05。观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组，组间差异p＜0.05。结论：综合护理应用于小切口腋臭手术护理中，可显著提高患者治疗效果，应推广使用该护理模式。

목적：탐토소절구액취수술적술중화술후호리방법。방법：선택우2012년11월지2014년12월기간재아원접수소절구액취수술치료적66례환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각33례。대조조환자술중、술후급여상규호리，관찰조환자급여종합호리，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：관찰조총유효솔위96.97%，대조조81.82%，조간차이p＜0.05。관찰조환자병발증발생솔현저저우대조조，조간차이p＜0.05。결론：종합호리응용우소절구액취수술호리중，가현저제고환자치료효과，응추엄사용해호리모식。
Objective Explore the small incision osmidrosis operation methods of intraoperative and postoperative care.Methods Choice in November 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital during the period of small incision body odor surgery treatment of 66 patients as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases each. Control patients intraoperative and postoperative routine nursing, the observation group patients give comprehensive care, compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients.Results Observation group total effective rate was 96.97%, 81.82% in control group, the difference between group p < 0.05. The complication rate of observation group of patients was significantly lower than control group, the difference between group p < 0.05. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing applied in small incision osmidrosis operation, the treatment effect, can significantly improve patients should promote the use of the nursing mode.
