以拟薄水铝石为前躯体,在酸性粘结剂作用下形成胶团,挤条成型后经不同温度焙烧制备氧化铝载体,利用 XRD,FTIR,热重分析,固体核磁等技术对其物性及微观结构进行表征,研究焙烧温度对氧化铝化学性质及微观结构的影响规律。结果表明:600~700℃焙烧时,随着焙烧温度的升高,氧化铝载体孔径分布呈集中分布,酸量总体呈下降趋势,焙烧完全所需时间大大缩短。

Taking pseudo-boehmite as precursor, colloid was formed with acid binders, then alumina carrier was prepared via extrusion process,and calcination process under different temperature. The alumina carrier was characterized by using XRD, FTIR, thermogravimetry, solid-state NMR and so on. Influencing rule of calcination temperature on chemical properties and microcosmic structure of the alumina carrier was investigated. The results show that: when calcination temperature is at 600~700 ,℃ with increasing of the calcination temperature, the pore size distribution presents concentration distribution, the amount of acid decreases, the calcination time can be reduced greatly.
