采用 GLEEBLE 3500热模拟试验机对 T4镀锡板进行了退火试验。采用 JSM-6490LV 扫描电子显微镜观察退火后 T4镀锡板试样的显微组织。使用 WILSON 2000T 洛氏硬度计测定了退火后试样的硬度。研究了时效工艺对 T4镀锡板试样退火后固溶碳及硬度的影响。结果表明,T4镀锡板的退火温度以620~640℃为宜。退火+时效工艺能影响 T4镀锡板中的固溶碳含量,其中不经时效的T4镀锡板中的固溶碳含量增加最多,达到26%;欠时效的次之,固溶碳含量为23%,而过时效能使碳原子充分析出,增强镀锡板成品的抗时效性。

Annealing tests of T4 tinplate were performed by a GLEEBLE 3500 simulated tester.For the as-annealed T4 tinplate samples,microstructures were observed by JSM-6490LV SEM,and hardness was measured by WILSON 2000T Rockwell hardness tester.The influence of aging process on solution carbon content and hardness of the annealed T4 tinplate samples was investigated.The results show that annealing temperatures suitable for the T4 tinplate are 620 to 640 ℃,and that annealing plus aging will have an effect on the solution carbon content and hardness of the T4 tinplate,the solution carbon content being 26% maximum in the T4 tinplate annealed and not aged,and 23% in the T4 tinplate annealed and underaged.In addition,overaging treatment will cause carbon atom to precipitate fully,thus rendering the aging resistance of finished tinplate better.
