建立了一个同时测定纺织品中15种乙二醇醚类有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)方法,该方法以乙醇为萃取溶剂,100℃下微波萃取样品中的目标分析物,萃取液直接进行GC-FID测定,外标法定量。在信噪比(S/N)=3的条件下,EGDME检出限为0.30 mg/kg,EGBE和EGDBE检出限均为0.05 mg/kg,其余12个组分的检出限均为0.10 mg/kg。在三个不同加标水平下,该方法的平均加标回收率为83.94%~96.48%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.42%~4.67%。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,检出限低,可用于纺织品中乙二醇醚类有机溶剂残留量的检测。

A gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (GC-FID) method was established to determine simultaneously the residual contents of 15 glycol ethers in textiles. Residual glycol ethers in textiles were microwaved–assisted extracted at 100℃, using ethanol as the extract solvent, and then were analyzed by GC-FID technique. The contents of each analyte were calibrated by external standard method. The limits of detection (LOD) were 0.30mg/kg for EGDME, 0.05mg/kg for EGBE and EGDBE, 0.10mg/kg for all the other twelve glycol ethers at the condition of signal to noise (S/N) of 3. The spiked average recoveries varied from 83.94% to 96.48% under three different spiked levels while the relative standard deviation (RSD) changed from 1.42% to 4.67%. The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and could be applicable for the determination of residual glycol ethers in textiles.
