针对有风时大型原油储罐火灾安全问题,以密封圈火灾着火油罐作为研究对象,采用编程软件对着火油罐的辐射区域进行模拟计算,进而确定储罐间的安全距离。研究结果表明,风速一定时,辐射热量随着距火焰的距离增加而降低;同一着火油罐,热辐射情况随着风速的加大而加剧;风速为4 m/s 时,相邻油罐间的安全距离为31.2 m。
針對有風時大型原油儲罐火災安全問題,以密封圈火災著火油罐作為研究對象,採用編程軟件對著火油罐的輻射區域進行模擬計算,進而確定儲罐間的安全距離。研究結果錶明,風速一定時,輻射熱量隨著距火燄的距離增加而降低;同一著火油罐,熱輻射情況隨著風速的加大而加劇;風速為4 m/s 時,相鄰油罐間的安全距離為31.2 m。

With respect to the security issue of large storage tanks’ fire, taking crude oil tank’s seal ring fire as the research object, programming software was used to simulate and calculate the thermal radiation of burning storage tank, which can get the safe distance between the tanks. The study results show that, under the condition of certain weed speed, the thermal radiation decreases with increasing of the distance reaching the burning storage tank. For the same burning tank, with increasing of the wind speed, the thermal radiation increases. When the wind speed is 4 m/s, the safe distance between the tanks is 31.2 m.
