微生物采油具有适用范围较广,生产工艺操作简单,是目前能有效缓解东部老油田高含水期的一个重要方法。通过对化学驱油后,油藏存在再次采油较难这一世界难题,在文献及国外先进技术的指导下,试图通过微生物辅助化学驱,提高油藏原有利用率,为油田增产增效。大庆朝阳沟油藏具有边际油田这一特点,通过对该油田实验研究,得出相关数据,丰富理论研究及教学实践。

Microbial oil recovery has a wide range of application, the production process is simple, and it is an important method to effectively enhance the oil recovery in the high water cut stage of the old oil field in the East. Aiming at the problem that oil recovery of the reservoir after the chemical flooding is very difficult, through analyzing relevant literatures and foreign advanced techniques, the microbe-assisted chemical flooding method was put forward to improve the utilization rate of the original reservoir and oil yield. Daqing Chaoyanggou reservoir has the characteristics of marginal oilfield, through the experimental study of the oilfield, the relevant data have been got to enrich the theory research and teaching practice.
