加氢反应器是石油炼制过程中的重要及危险的设备,加氢反应器的油气出口与卸料口接管方式一般是嵌入式的结构。基于有限元分析对加氢精致反应器 R101的油气出口与卸料口部分进行应力分析,找出其相对最危险的部位,在其部位取应力评定处理线运用相关压力容器的理论对其检验结果进行计算,从而分析计算。

The hydrogenation reactor is an important and dangerous equipment in oil refining process, connecting mode of oil-gas outlet and discharging mouth of the hydrogenation reactor always uses the embedded structure. In this paper, based on the finite element analysis, the stress analysis of oil-gas outlet and discharging mouth of the hydrogenation refined reactor R101 was carried out, and the most dangerous place was found out. Through selecting stress evaluation processing line of the place, based on the related theory of pressure vessel, the test results were analyzed and calculated.
