换热器管束振动存在于每个换热器中,通过分析引发管束振动的各种诱因,发现只要使激励频率远离换热器管束的固有频率则可有效避免管束的振动。应用 ProE 和 Ansys 等软件实现了等效模拟分析。通过对比,发现为了获得较准确的结果进行有限元分析是很有必要的。
換熱器管束振動存在于每箇換熱器中,通過分析引髮管束振動的各種誘因,髮現隻要使激勵頻率遠離換熱器管束的固有頻率則可有效避免管束的振動。應用 ProE 和 Ansys 等軟件實現瞭等效模擬分析。通過對比,髮現為瞭穫得較準確的結果進行有限元分析是很有必要的。

The tube bundle vibration exists in every heat exchanger. By analyzing the inducements of the tube bundle vibration, it’s found that as long as the excitation frequency is away from the natural frequency of heat exchanger tube bundle, the vibration of tube bundle can be effectively avoided. The ProE and Ansys softwares were applied to implement the equivalent simulation analysis. By comparing, it’s found that, in order to obtain more accurate results, the finite element analysis is necessary.
