利用甘蔗有性杂交育种方法,采用五圃制筛选原则,选育出特抗寒性品种赣蔗05-1。在品比试验中,其蔗茎产量和蔗糖产量分别比ROC22高5.08%和7.52%。着重进行了耐寒性观察,在连续3~5天的0~2℃的低温下,进行蔗株组织形态观察和霜冻后的蔗糖分变化。结果表明:经过3~5天的低温,赣蔗05-1蔗芽硬实,发芽率达100%,蔗糖分下降慢,是霜冻蔗区的首选品种之一,它的推广应用能有效提高蔗区甘蔗的抗寒性,提高有霜冻蔗区的经济效益。

Ganzhe05-1, a new sugarcane variety with excess cold resistance, is bred using sexual hybridization method according to the selection principle of the five nursery system. The cane yield and sugar yield of variety Ganshe05-1 were 5.08% and 7.52% higher than those of variety ROC22, respectively. The sugarcane tissue morphology and sucrose content were observed and measured after a cold resistance experiment under the pressure of 0~2℃ low temperature for continuous 3~5 days. The results showed the sugarcane bud was hard, the germination rate is 100%, and sucrose content did not significantly decrease. This indicated that the variety Ganzhe05-1 might be one of the preferred varieties for frost zones. The application of sugarcane variety Ganzhe05-1 can improve sugarcane cold resistance and economic effect in frost sugarcane region.
