Dermatitis%Eczema%Dexamethason and Chloromycetin
目的：观察氯地松乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹的疗效，耐受性及不良反应。方法：60例患者，男55例，女5例。年龄19～77岁，平均53.2±16.3岁；病程2天～20年，平均9.5±25.1月，每日2次外用氯地松乳膏涂于患处，每周随访1次，共3周。结果：治愈33例（55.0%），显效16例（26.7%），好转4例（6.6%），无效7例（11.7%）。总有效率81.7%。结论：氯地松乳膏是治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病的安全有效药物。

목적：관찰록지송유고치료피염습진적료효，내수성급불량반응。방법：60례환자，남55례，녀5례。년령19～77세，평균53.2±16.3세；병정2천～20년，평균9.5±25.1월，매일2차외용록지송유고도우환처，매주수방1차，공3주。결과：치유33례（55.0%），현효16례（26.7%），호전4례（6.6%），무효7례（11.7%）。총유효솔81.7%。결론：록지송유고시치료피염습진류피부병적안전유효약물。
Objective To observe the effect and safety to Dexamethason and Chloromycetin cream on patients with dermatitis and eczema. Methods Sixty cases from the clinic and inpatient were treated with Dexamethason and Chloromycetin cream twice a day followed-up once a week and ended in the three weeks.Results 33 cases(55%) were cured, all effective rate was up to 81.7%. No one had side-effect.Conclusion Dexamethason and Chloromycetin cream is effective, safe remedy to patients with dermatitis and eczema, especially for basic clinic and hospital.
