目的:基于自动发药机设备进行门诊药房业务流程及系统间接口设计,实现多系统集成模式下的发药模式.方法:流程设计中增加自动发药机自动分类处方环节以确定发药任务类型,利用历史数据模拟估算药房压力,分别确定患者取药流程、自动发药机处理流程、窗口发药流程以及人工调配流程.根据业务流程为处方发药确认系统、自动发药机系统、叫号系统和报到机系统设计信息接口.结果:模拟结果显示我院每日缴费未取药处方数占比约为1.26%,对于发药窗口存在较大的药品积压风险,因此确定基于报到机制的发药模式进行流程设计,四个异构系统之间共设计了7个主要接口.结论:基于自动发药机的门诊药房流程和接口设计要考虑门诊药房压力、异构系统集成等因素,以确定适合的发药模式和流程.

Objective:To design the dispensing process and develop the information exchange interfaces based on the auto-dispense machines.Methods:In the dispense process, the prescriptions will be classified by the auto-dispense machines into different type of dispense tasks. The historic data was analyzed and simulated to assess the pressure of outpatient pharmacy. The processes of taking medications, auto-dispensing, delivering medication and manual-dispensing are designed ifnally. Based on the process above, the information exchange interfaces are designed among the prescription management system, the auto-dispense machines management system, the patient calling system and the register system.Results:The rate of prescriptions not dispensed per day reaches 1.26%, which will result in a huge overstock pressure to dispense windows. So the medications will be dispensed after the patients register at outpatient pharmacy. Totally 7 main interfaces are designed for the dispense process.Conclusion:To design an appropriate dispensing model and process, many factors should be considered such as the pressure of pharmacy, the integration of different systems and so on.
