高职院校品牌塑造的关键是品牌师资。目前，高职院校品牌师资队伍建设存在着准入制度不健全、培训力度不到位等问题。高职院校要通过更新管理理念、建立科学的管理模式、完善管理机制、搭建教师成长平台等途径，建设品牌教师队伍。
