针对某南方卫星测控站测控信号频繁被干扰的情况展开研究. 首先介绍国内外对电离层闪烁原理及监视预警方面的研究成果,然后分析电离层闪烁的时空效应原理,通过计算对比电离层强闪烁监测预报数据和卫星测控站的实时观测数据,发现电离层闪烁与卫星测控站跟踪测量信号的幅度、相位抖动以及接收机失锁之间的相关性,最后提出相应的规避策略,期望为后续测控设备的电离层闪烁防护预警研究提供一定的借鉴和参考.
針對某南方衛星測控站測控信號頻繁被榦擾的情況展開研究. 首先介紹國內外對電離層閃爍原理及鑑視預警方麵的研究成果,然後分析電離層閃爍的時空效應原理,通過計算對比電離層彊閃爍鑑測預報數據和衛星測控站的實時觀測數據,髮現電離層閃爍與衛星測控站跟蹤測量信號的幅度、相位抖動以及接收機失鎖之間的相關性,最後提齣相應的規避策略,期望為後續測控設備的電離層閃爍防護預警研究提供一定的藉鑒和參攷.

The research is based on a situation that the control signal of a southern satellite TT&C station is frequently disturbed. Firstly,the studies of ionospheric scintillation' s principle,monitoring and early warn-ing at home and abroad are introduced. By comparing strong ionospheric scintillation's monitoring forecast with the real time observational data of satellite TT&C station,it can be found that ionospheric scintillation has relation to the amplitude and phase jitter of tracking and measuring signal,and the losing lock of satel-lite signal receiver. Finally,corresponding evasion strategy is given in hope of providing reference for the subsequent research on the TT&C equipment' s infrared monitoring of ionospheric scintillation.
