为了全面应对环境危机，我国将以加强环境服务业需求侧管理为现阶段环保工作的中心，设立环保服务产业财政专项资金约1.2万亿元，这将为环境服务产业提供非常巨大的发展机遇。文章利用长三角区域2010-2014年的季度数据，建立相关回归方程，结果表明财政直接投入对环保服务产业季度产值产生正影响；格兰杰因果检验表明财政直接投入是环保服务产业季度产值变化的格兰杰原因，从而说明回归方程具有明确的经济意义，因此，我国政府应采取措施建立持续性财政投入机制，以促进该产业发展。

In order to fully deal with the environmental crisis,China will treat the environmental service industry demand side management as the center of the current environmental protection work. Approximate 1.2 trillion yuan(RMB)of fiscal special fund for environmental protection service industry has been set up,which offers a very great opportunity for the development of environmental services industry. The paper uses quarterly data of Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2014 to build the regression equation. The results show that fiscal direct investment has a positive impact on quarterly output of environmental protection service industry. Granger causality test indicates that fiscal direct investment is the Granger cause of quarterly out?put changes of environmental protection service industry,which illustrates that the regression equation has a clear economic significance. Therefore,Chinese government should take measures to establish a sustained fiscal investment mechanism in or?der to promote the development of the industry.
