高速铁路大大缩短了站点城市间的旅行时间,提高了连接城市之间的可达弹性,改变了原有的高铁沿线区域的经济空间分布,提升了高铁沿线区域的要素流动,使得区域资源配置趋于合理。文章利用DID (倍差分)模型,选取沪杭高铁沿线区域的经济指标,以沪杭高铁对沿线区域经济发展机制进行实证分析,结果表明:沪杭高铁对沿线区域发展机制起到一定的作用,并对产业转型、沿线城市的科技人才聚集、行业分工等发展起到了促进作用,但在缩小区域经济差距方面并没有表现出较大的推动力。

High-speed railway greatly reduces the traveling time between urban transportation stops,enhances the elasticity of accessibility of city to city,changes the original economic spatial distribution and promotes the elements flow of the regions along high-speed railway,and makes the regional resource distribution reasonable. This paper,employing DID(differences in differences)model,makes an empirical analysis on the regional economic development mechanism of the region along high-speed railway between Shanghai and Hangzhou based on its economic indicators. The results show that high-speed rail?way plays a certain role in the regional development mechanism,and promotes industrial transformation,attracting science and technology talents and industry division and so on. However,it does not demonstrate enough impetus to narrow the dispari?ties in regional economy.
