目的 通过对乡村医生核心能力进行调查 ,了解当前乡村医生综合能力水平 ,找出其薄弱环节 ,并有针对性地制定培训方案 ,以期达到提升乡村医生综合能力的目的.方法 本研究于2012年9月至12月采用自编问卷对中国医科大学4个区域校园(朝阳、抚顺、新民、盘锦)成人教育学院的乡村医生学员进行核心能力的横断面调查.结果 学历为大专的乡村医生比例最多 ,占总人数的70 .4% .核心能力中 ,人际沟通能力得分最高(4.3 ± 0.7)分 ;系统实践能力得分最低(3.8 ± 1.1)分.性别、工作年限、文化程度和技术职称对乡村医生的核心能力有一定影响 ,差异有统计学意义(P<0 .05).文化程度为本科及以上(4 .4 ± 0 .5)分的乡村医生职业道德与素养要好于文化程度为中专及以下(4 .0±0 .5)分、大专(4 .1±0 .5)分的乡村医生.结论 尽管辽宁省4个区域校园内的乡村医生文化程度相对较高 ,但乡村医生的综合能力水平仍有很大的提升空间.应有针对性地对乡村医生制定培训方案 ,以提高其综合能力水平.

Objective By investigating core competencies of rural doctors ,we aim to find out their weak comprehensive abilities ,make training plans ,and reach the purpose of increasing the level of comprehensive abili-ties of rural doctors .Method From September 2012 to December 2012 ,we conducted a cross-sectional survey on four regional campuses'students of China Medical University (Chaoyang ,Fushun ,Xinmin ,Panjin) about the six core competences of rural doctors by using self-made questionnaires .Results Most of the rural doctors had asso-ciate degrees .They accounted for 70 .4% .After writing a self-reported questionnaire ,rural doctors got a high score in the core competence of interpersonal and communication skills (4 .3 ± 0 .7) and a low score in the core competence of systems-based practice skills (3 .8 ± 1 .1) .Participant characteristics such as gender ,years of work-ing ,educational level and academic ranks according to the core competencies of rural doctors were statistically sig-nificant (P<0 .05) .Rural doctors who got bachelor′s degrees or above (4 .4 ± 0 .5) had a better self-reported level of professionalism than the rural doctors of below associate degrees (4 .0 ± 0 .5) and associate degrees (4 .1 ± 0 .5) . Conclusion Although the four regional campuses of rural doctors in Liaoning province had relatively high educa-tional level ,their level of comprehensive abilities still had a lot of room to improve .Therefore ,to promote their comprehensive abilities ,we should customize some training plans for the rural doctors .
