目的 探讨虾青素对甲醛诱导的雄性小鼠精子损伤的保护作用.方法 48只昆明种系雄性小鼠 ,按随机数字表法分为4组 ,即正常对照组、甲醛染毒模型组、虾青素高剂量组(80 mg·kg -1 ·d-1)、低剂量组(20mg·kg -1·d-1).连续染毒7d后 ,虾青素持续灌胃21d,处死小鼠 ,进行附睾精子计数、精子活动度及精子畸形率分析 ,睾丸组织行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量测定.结果 甲醛染毒组小鼠精子数量、活动度 ,睾丸组织SOD明显低于正常对照组(P<0 .05) ,精子畸形率、MDA含量高于正常对照组(P<0 .05).虾青素高、低剂量组精子数量、活动度 ,睾丸组织SOD高于甲醛染毒组(P<0 .05) ,精子畸形率、MDA含量低于甲醛染毒组(P<0 .05).结论 虾青素对甲醛诱导的雄性小鼠精子损伤一定的保护作用 ,可改善甲醛染毒小鼠的精子数量、活动度 ,降低精子畸形率 ,其作用机制可能与提高睾丸组织SOD水平、降低MDA含量有关.

목적 탐토하청소대갑철유도적웅성소서정자손상적보호작용.방법 48지곤명충계웅성소서 ,안수궤수자표법분위4조 ,즉정상대조조、갑철염독모형조、하청소고제량조(80 mg·kg -1 ·d-1)、저제량조(20mg·kg -1·d-1).련속염독7d후 ,하청소지속관위21d,처사소서 ,진행부고정자계수、정자활동도급정자기형솔분석 ,고환조직행초양화물기화매(SOD)활력、병이철(MDA)함량측정.결과 갑철염독조소서정자수량、활동도 ,고환조직SOD명현저우정상대조조(P<0 .05) ,정자기형솔、MDA함량고우정상대조조(P<0 .05).하청소고、저제량조정자수량、활동도 ,고환조직SOD고우갑철염독조(P<0 .05) ,정자기형솔、MDA함량저우갑철염독조(P<0 .05).결론 하청소대갑철유도적웅성소서정자손상일정적보호작용 ,가개선갑철염독소서적정자수량、활동도 ,강저정자기형솔 ,기작용궤제가능여제고고환조직SOD수평、강저MDA함량유관.
Objective To investigate the protective effect of astaxanthin on male mice sperm injury induced by formaldehyde .Method Forty-eight Kunming male mice were divided into 4 groups:normal control group , formaldehyde model group ,astaxanthin high dose group and astaxanthin low dose group .After 7 days of continu-ous intraperitoneal injection of formaldehyde ,continuous intragastric administration for 21 days of astaxanthin was conducted .Mice were broken the neck to death ,then epididymal sperm count ,activity and sperm deformity rate , determination of SOD activity and MDA content in testis were analyzed .Results The sperm count ,sperm activity and SOD activity in formaldehyde group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group .The sperm deformity rate ,the content of MDA in formaldehyde group were higher than that in normal control group . Sperm count ,sperm activity and SOD activity in astaxanthin dose group were significantly higher than those in the formaldehyde model group .Conclusion The astaxanthin has the protective effect on male mice sperm injury in-duced by formaldehyde ,which can improve the sperm count ,sperm activity and reduce the rate of sperm deformi-ty ,its mechanism may be associated with increasing testicular tissue SOD levels and decreasing the content of MDA .
