目的:探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术在脊柱微创术中的应用进展。方法以椎间孔镜和脊柱、微创为关键词,检索2011年1月—2014年10月 PubMed、CNKI、CBM 数据库文献,并对相关文献进行分析总结。结果采用传统的开放手术治疗脊柱疾病临床效果确切,但手术创伤大、出血多,术后卧床时间长、脊柱稳定性下降,促使微创手术成为脊柱疾病治疗当前的研究方向。经皮椎间孔镜治疗脊柱疾病,特别是椎间盘突出症,技术成熟,手术安全、出血少,术后患者恢复快、对腰椎稳定性影响小。结论经皮椎间孔镜技术在脊柱微创术中对脊柱稳定性影响小,疗效确切。

목적:탐토경피추간공경기술재척주미창술중적응용진전。방법이추간공경화척주、미창위관건사,검색2011년1월—2014년10월 PubMed、CNKI、CBM 수거고문헌,병대상관문헌진행분석총결。결과채용전통적개방수술치료척주질병림상효과학절,단수술창상대、출혈다,술후와상시간장、척주은정성하강,촉사미창수술성위척주질병치료당전적연구방향。경피추간공경치료척주질병,특별시추간반돌출증,기술성숙,수술안전、출혈소,술후환자회복쾌、대요추은정성영향소。결론경피추간공경기술재척주미창술중대척주은정성영향소,료효학절。
Objective To review the progress in the application of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic in minimally invasive spine surgery. Methods To search the literatures using the keywords of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic and spine, minimally invasive in the database of PubMed, CNKI, and CBM from January 2011 to October 2014, and then analyzed and summarized them. Results The traditional open surgery treatment of spinal disease experience, clinical effect is confirmed, but intraoperative trauma is heavy, bleeding too much and postoperative lying on bed for a long time. The drop in spinal stability factors lead to minimally invasive surgery for spinal diseases treatment of current research. Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technology treatment of spinal diseases, especially in intervertebral disc herniation, the technology mature, intraoperative safe, less bleeding, quicker recovery of patients, low influence on the stability of the lumbar spine. Conclusions The percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technology in the minimally invasive spine surgery has little influence on the stability of the spine and curative effect in clinical application.
