目的：介绍一款产妇多功能方便裤的设计制作方法，并对其临床应用效果进行观察研究。方法：介绍产妇多功能方便裤的具体制作方法，临床设试验组和对照组，每组50例。试验组穿产妇多功能裤，对照组穿普通裤，评价新型产妇裤的使用效果。结果：试验组的会阴护理操作时间明显短于对照组，留置尿管固定效果、砂袋固定效果及热奄包固定效果均明显优于对照组，且产妇及医护满意度评定为“好”的比例分别为88.00%、96.00%，均明显高于对照组的32.00%和18.00%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论：产妇多功能方便裤比旧式产妇裤具有更多的优点，能够减轻工作强度，提高医护满意度，值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To introduce design and production methods of a kind of maternal multifunctional convenient pants and observe the effect of clinical application.Method:The specific production method of a kind of maternal multifunctional convenient pants was introduced.The experimental group and control group were set up in clinic, 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given new-style maternity pants,and the control group was given old-style pants.The use effects of new type of maternity pants were evaluated.Result:The perineal nursing operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the effects of indwelling catheter fixation,sand fixation and reyanbao fixation were significantly better than those in the control group,the proportion of "good" of maternal and medical staff satisfaction in the experimental group were 88.00% and 96.00%,which were significantly higher than 32.00% and 18.00% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The new maternal multifunctional convenient pants is convenient for nursing operating and treatment,which can reduce the work intensity and improve satisfaction of nurses and doctors,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
