目的 研究女性内分泌不孕症的主要病因,方法 回统性分析内分泌不孕症患者72例的临床资料.结果 72例患者中,45例患者年龄24~36岁,表明,此年龄段更易患有不孕症,且农村患者的数量明显少于城市,内分泌不孕症的病因以排卵障碍为主,多囊卵巢综合症、子宫出血、卵巢早衰、糖尿病等也是主要病因,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 年龄、生活环境、其他妇科疾病等因素都有可能引发内分泌不孕症.
