目的 探讨肼苯哒嗪联合硝酸异山梨醇酯对心力衰竭模型大鼠的影响.方法 40只成年健康雄性大鼠,随机选取10只为正常组,其余进行心力衰竭模型复制,将模型大鼠按数字表法随机分为3组,模型组、实验组、对照组,每组10只. 模型组与正常组每日灌胃生理盐水 3 mL,对照组予以贝那普利( 90 mg? kg-1 )+比索洛尔氢氯噻嗪片(45 mg? kg-1 )灌胃3 mL,实验组予以硝酸异山梨醇酯(800 mg? kg-1 )+肼苯哒嗪(225 mg? kg-1 ),每天灌胃1次3 mL. 实验结束后,比较各组大鼠心功能、半胱氨酸( Cys )、同型半胱氨酸( Hcy )、脑钠肽( BNP)、肿瘤坏死因子α( TNF-α)水平及心肌组织形态. 结果 与模型组比较,实验组与对照组大鼠的BNP、TNF-α水平水平较低,Cys及Hcy水平较高,心功能恢复较好;与对照组比较,实验组大鼠BNP、TNF-α水平水平较低,Cys及Hcy水平较高,心功能恢复较好(均P<0.05 ). 结论 肼苯哒嗪联合硝酸异山梨醇酯能够明显缓解心力衰竭症状对机体的影响,降低血脑钠肽及改善左心室功能、抑制肿瘤坏死因子及同型半胱氨酸的表达.

목적 탐토정분달진연합초산이산리순지대심력쇠갈모형대서적영향.방법 40지성년건강웅성대서,수궤선취10지위정상조,기여진행심력쇠갈모형복제,장모형대서안수자표법수궤분위3조,모형조、실험조、대조조,매조10지. 모형조여정상조매일관위생리염수 3 mL,대조조여이패나보리( 90 mg? kg-1 )+비색락이경록새진편(45 mg? kg-1 )관위3 mL,실험조여이초산이산리순지(800 mg? kg-1 )+정분달진(225 mg? kg-1 ),매천관위1차3 mL. 실험결속후,비교각조대서심공능、반광안산( Cys )、동형반광안산( Hcy )、뇌납태( BNP)、종류배사인자α( TNF-α)수평급심기조직형태. 결과 여모형조비교,실험조여대조조대서적BNP、TNF-α수평수평교저,Cys급Hcy수평교고,심공능회복교호;여대조조비교,실험조대서BNP、TNF-α수평수평교저,Cys급Hcy수평교고,심공능회복교호(균P<0.05 ). 결론 정분달진연합초산이산리순지능구명현완해심력쇠갈증상대궤체적영향,강저혈뇌납태급개선좌심실공능、억제종류배사인자급동형반광안산적표체.
Objective To explore the effect of hydralazine isosorbide di-nitrate on heart failure rats.Methods Forty adult healthy male rats were selected and 10 rats were selected randomly to be normal group , the rest were replicated heart failure model .The 30 rats were randomly divided in-to 3 groups after the succeed of replication .The model group and normal group were given normal saline 3 mL,the control group was given benner pury (90 mg? kg -1 ) +bisoprolol fumarate and hydrochlorothiazide tab-lets (45mg? kg -1 ) intragastric administration of 3 mL.The experimental group received isosorbide dinitrate (800 mg? kg -1 ) +hydralazine (225 mg? kg -1 ) , daily irrigation stomach once a 3 mL.Heart function , cys-teine , homocysteine , brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ) , tumor necrosis factor alpha ( TNF-α) and myocardial tissue morphology were compared after the treatment.Results Compared with the model group , the level of BNP, TNF-αof the experimental group and the control group were lower , cysteine and hemocyanin were higher , cardiac function recovered . Compared with the control group , BNP, TNF -αof the experimental group were lower , cysteine and hemocyanin were higher , cardiac function was better ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Hydralazine and isosorbide dini-trate can significantly alleviate the symptoms of heart failure on the body effect, reduce blood brain natriuretic peptide and improve left ventricular function , inhibit the expression of TNF -αand homocysteine .
