在全民健身上升为国家战略的背景下,运用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法,对江西省社会体育指导员基本情况进行分析,结果显示:江西省社会体育指导员总数存在普遍不足;江西省社会体育指导员等级结构和性别构成的比例发展不平衡;江西省社会体育指导员地域分布不均衡. 最后从3个方面提出发展对策:统筹兼顾,发挥社会体育指导员资源的最大效益;社会体育指导员的培训方式进一步完善;发挥体育院系的主要渠道作用.

In the context of national strategy,with methods of literature review,mathematical statis-tics,and logical analysis,the basic situation of social sports instructors in Jiangxi province has been analyzed. The results show that:the total number of social sports instructors in Jiangxi province is generally insufficient;the proportions of Jiangxi social sports instructors′level composition and gender composition are unbalanced,and the regional distribution of social sports instructors in Jiangxi Prov-ince is also unbalanced. Finally,the paper put forward the development countermeasure from three aspects:to keep balanced,bringing out the greatest benefit of the resources of social sports instruc-tors;to further improve the training of social sports instructors;to play the role of the main channel of the sports institutes.
